As for the London standard of price and size correspondence, it wasn't that bad. Obviously, the single room is very small but more than enough for one person and looks smaller on the pictures. Rhe bathroom and the shower are suprisingly good size for that price range and the water pressure is good.The location is great, close to the Hyde park and two tube stations. Lovely staff. Would definitely stay again.

Location was perfect, ideal to local shops, bars and restaurants and close to a large car park. Three double bedrooms were ideal for our party of six adults and a full length mirror was a bonus for getting ready as we were staying to attend a family wedding nearby. Decor was modern and bright. Kitchen was spacious and well equipped and clean.

The property is accessed by an extremely steep steel case which during the rain this became very slippery and great care was needed. I feel this should have been highlighted in the description as this would have influenced our stay due to having less mobile members of our party. The down stairs was full with drying towels and so unusable. It would also be worth noting there is no privacy here with no blinds our frosted glass. The living room is vastly different to the photos on the booking.com website. The sofa was a L shape and cream in colour and covered in stains. The furniture was very dusty. Despite accommodating six the dining table would not comfortably seat six. There was pictures of a large kitchen table but this was not there. The main bathroom door did not lock, the toilet seat was broken which we had noted from previous posts but assumed would be fixed. The toilet was dirty around fixtures. The tiles are chipped and there are too large cracks in the door allowing anyone passing to see inside. In the bedrooms we found the beds uncomfortable, there were no curtains and instead voiles which allowed light. In addition the rooms at the front were extremely noisy throughout the night from passing traffic. The outside area is shown in the photographs on booking.com is shown as spacious with garden furniture but in reality it has been left in disrepair and unusable. The photographs on booking.com present this properly as modern, bright well finished and clean which was why we chose this property but the reality is these pictures are extremely misleading. In summary if the much needed updates and cleanliness were address we wouldn’t hesitate to return as very well located and spacious. However as it stands we could not.

Most usual things like breakfast are an additional cost. The room was expensive, yet so much that most hotels include is an additional charge. Over priced!
