      Room was immaculate. No expense spared on the products in the room. Coffee machine was a nice touch and the toiletries that were provide were high end. Breakfast was stunning with fresh and high end ingredients used. One of the best breakfasts I’ve had actually and I’ve travelled a lot. Staff were amazing and really make you feel welcome. The lady who served my breakfast was so attentive and friendly. I was travelling for work and I will definitely be stopping here again. Thank you.

      Can’t really fault a thing to be honest. The room door was a bit fiddly and due to how heavy it is it needs to be locked to keep it closed. The evening food looked amazing from what I saw but it is fine dining pub food. I would have liked to see a simple option or two for guests like myself who are travelling through for work and not interested in having fine dining. A lighter meal or snack. A freshly cooked pizza perhaps.

      I used this as an overnight stopover at Gatwick. It was very easy to find without having to leave the airport. Self-contained room with everything efficiently packed to maximise space. I had a very comfortable night after a long travel day.

      I booked a room with a bath. Due to the unavailability of normal rooms with baths, I think I was upgraded to a super king room, which was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Great central location and value for money. Bath was great.

      Deborah was very welcoming, very helpful, and kind. She went above and beyond to help us during our short stay with her . The breakfast was lovely and the room very clean. We will definitely stay again!
