The family room was spacious with two double beds and a bunk bed. The location was amazing with only a two minute walk to the underground. Breakfast was very good and the kitchen area was well equipped with unlimited tea and coffee. The reception lady was welcoming and kitchen staff polite and helpful. Parking was an added bonus!

Water in the hot tub was wonderfully warm and plenty big enough for the four of us. The views are amazing. Food at the Raddle was good value, large portions and tasty. Staff were friendly too. We had to travel in 3 cars and were able to use the pub car park for two of them and then one by the cabin which is very helpful.

Just a little TLC needed, the hot tub jets didn’t all work properly and in the cabin it could have been a bit cleaner and a better supply of crockery, there were only two cereal bowls and plastic glasses.

It was really clean, the layout of the apartment is excellent, and you can't hear any other occupants, so get a great night's sleep on a comfy bed. In the morning, I was able to make a cup of tea with the free tea which had been provided, there was also coffee and milk!

The instructions and door labelling left us a little confused. As all the exterior doors share the same code and there's more than one number 10, we ended up in the wrong place. Perhaps the instructions could be changed to read "from the car park use the double glass doors, the key lockers are immediately to your right upon entry into the lobby before using the lift".

There are a lot off stairs which isn't a problem along as you are steady on your feet and Our room was up and down with 2 steps
