The room was mostly clean. Staff were friendly. Location in centre of town was ideal. Good facilities fridge, kettle, hairdryer, netflix. Good size room and comfy mattresses.

Room wasn't ready until a full hour after check in time. I understand the ad said stairs however it was a metal fire escape with lots of steps, then a staircase, not ideal, difficult to lug heavy suitcase up so many flights. Staff member showed us to our room leaving me far behind with my two children and luggage. Landing sensor light flicked on and off all night (even though nobody was outside) which was annoying and woke my daughter a few times. Shower glass door kept pinging open and water running onto floor, accounting for the black mould that was around the outside tray edge. Carpet needs a clean our socks were black after a couple of hours.

Breakfast included (fill out a form the night before with time etc) location is great right on the harbour (next to the chocolate shop). Easy parking out the front too.

Didn’t see any staff when checked in but that was ok as instructions were clear. Saw them at breakfast. Can hear people in other rooms- next door and above you which can disturb sleep if you are light sleeper. I suggest taking ear plugs

Breakfast was good. I tried something different to my normal and it was very tasty.

Road noise a little intrusive. Not too bad but we're both light sleepers and don't experience traffic at home hence noticing it. Both had good nights sleep once asleep in comfy bed.

Room very warm and windows sealed so even when air con was adjusted by the staff it was still extremely stuffy and unable to sleep much.
