Spent a few days here and was pleasantly surprised by the facilities. The room was clean and cosy, and the complimentary Wi-Fi was reliable. The breakfast was lovely, with a wide selection of choices. Free parking was much appreciated, and the hotel was in a great location. Thoroughly enjoyable stay!

Clean, quiet and cosy with a stylish touch to the decor of the room. Room was well set up upon arrival. Friendly staff, checking in and out was a breeze. The proximity to Birmingham airport ; hotel located across Birmingham airport, just a short walk.

The fact we had to wait another hour after the allowed Check In time as our room was not ready in time! This then delayed us and caused us to miss part of the experience that we was in London for in the first place, which is not good as we lost out.

The bedroom smelt of cigarette smoke. When we complained to the staff we were given air freshener but the smell was still there. Opened a window while we went out to a party and the smell hadn't gone when we got back.

They recommended we do an upgrade, because room booked very small, upgrade gave us a view of air-conditioned compressor, changed us to a smaller room better view, but still charged upgrade fee.
