Great little hotel with pool facilities and gym. A little out of town so difficult to access any restaurants or bars there’s one local pub which is in walking distance of about half an hour but all the rest are much further. We had everything he needed minus the usual facecloth but no English hotel or Welsh or Irish hotel yet have managed to put in. Which makes it very difficult when you wash which is what they supply. To service Day Access milk tea coffee. But normal for UK hotel no mini fridge to keep anything cold. Also no more for UK to UK hotels. It appears TV not linked to Wi-Fi and unable to stream from devices. If you’re staying here to pay for breakfast on booking it works out far far cheaper. Booking it was $40 a day yet at location it was $60 Australian a day if you bought and $65 a day if you just turned up. There is a restaurant which charges the usual £22 £25 from Main Normal pub expensive prices food was the normal standard average.

Location a little bit too far out of town, which means you had to eat at the hotel particularly because there is no mini fridge to keep any milk or etc. Cold.

What a find. The property is as per the photos. It honestly couldn’t be better located. It’s so quiet of an evening you forget you are in the middle of town, and the outdoor space is a huge bonus, getting the sun for much longer than we expected. Great communication from Izabela and Nick. We wouldn’t hesitate in returning, just a pity we don’t live closer.

It was clean, spacious and easy to set up the sofa bed. There were plenty of chairs so we could all comfortably sit around the table and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Wi-Fi could be better, and should be password protected. Phone signal inside the hotel was not good at all... not that voco is to blame for this.

The hygiene of the room was very questionable. First night I had to sleep with the sheets that were clearly not cleaned. Rest of the stay I noticed they only made up the bed but never hover the carpet, it was shocking dusty and I saw several moths in my room. There was also mould in the bathroom.

Not being allowed food in the room and having to sign a waver agreeing not to felt like a prison. No hairdryer in room as advertised, tea/coffee in wardrobe?!
