Great location in Eton, a stroll away from Windsor. Very friendly staff. Super homecooked breakfast. Welcome drink in the cute bar. Powerful shower with plenty of hot water. Big fluffy towels. Cookies and tea and coffee making facilities. Iron, ironing board, hairdryer, tv.

Many things, first I believe those that rate them before it there friend I don’t think the ratings they have are genuine, as they are bunch of lies I book this place for a night to stay on a Saturday and out on a Sunday morning which says £60 and few seconds later he ask for an extra £30 saying it was the price for Saturday I refuse to pay the extra and ask him if I will have to pay extra when that not what is on booking.com then it better he cancel it and give me my refund because that was not the agreement that on a phone call then he text me saying it because I am not coming on check in hours so he asked for extra £30 I said that not writing at the agreement then he said he have cancelled it and ask booking.com to refund me my money this all happened just between 30min of me booking the place I have always use booking.com and I have seen self checking at booking.com I have seen a resection that will attend to you if you com in late from your check in time as far as you have paid for that day but this is asking for extra because it was Saturday which was not it agreement now I should booking.com the messages that I did not tell him I can’t come he lied to me he have cancelled it and ask me to be refund and booking.com is still not paying he blocked me because I am asking for my money and was telling me booking.com have my money I no they might try to take this down but I will make more reviews on every site they are on

On arrival we were not met with a friendly welcome. I found the manager to be rather rude and unwelcoming. We went to the bar for a drink which was rather unorganised. The room was comfortable with a fantastic bed and bathroom but felt very mismatched. The room just lacked that cosy feeling. There was not enough milk for our coffee and had to go to reception in the morning. Not something you expect to have to do. A beautiful place but it didn't quite live up to my expectations

Hotel was tired carpets worn paintwork dirty, our room could do with a good clean instead of a splash and dash.No toilet roll holder towel rail, the desk light was loose and not working.The blue badge parking was a joke only 2 spaces which according to receptionist anyone could park there without displaying a blue badge.Overall a disappointing stay and overpriced.
