As soon as you step off the edge of Marazion this property was located off the beaten track with lovely country surroundings. Providing privacy and quiet whilst only a stones throw away from a lovely elevated sea view walk down into the old market area and beach front. The accommodation was comfortable, amazingly clean and delivered everything as advertised. We found it to be an excellent platform to pivot into any area of the south and north coast we wished to visit, offering good value for money for what is provided. The hosts were excellent, Josh went out of his way to make us welcome providing local knowledge and recommendations for where to eat what we may need to consider ahead of bookings for attractions. He was very kind to provide some provisions for the apartment after our long journey. Krissie was lovely and as we left gifted us with an excellently hand crafted item which was a really nice touch! Would stay again

The location was excellent, Earl's Court Tube station - Warwick Rd entrance was a minutes walk away. Studio unit was compact and well designed. Staff were extremely helpful and kept our luggage after checking out for us.

The room was very clean and the staff I bumped into were friendly. The shower worked well, bed was comfortable, and location very convenient for the Overground. Lots of corner shops/grocery shops nearby.

The price was meant to include parking but all spaces had been taken on arrival. The room was exceptionally noisy all night owing to other guests. I booked the "garden view" room, which looked out onto a concrete patio and people in a building opposite could see directly into my room when the curtains were open. The bathroom window couldn't be closed or locked.

The WiFi wasn't working while we were there, it wasn't that much of an issue but as we were traveling with kids and having early nights it would have been good to have it.
