With Ibis hotels you know what you get. It's nothing fancy, it's definitely not personal in any way (my room was almost an exact copy of the room in Ibis London Shoreditch from last December), but it's clean, safe, very comfortable beds, all the procedures work with no hassle, staff is friendly and helpful. The location is pretty superb. Train station's just down the street. Everything in centre is within walking distance. Gay village is just around the corner, if you're looking for the best parties in town, even as a straight person.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. There were mini toiletries in the room and plenty of tea and coffee making facilities. The bath towels were a good size and clean. The location was brilliant. We had a sea view and it was only 5 minutes from the hovercraft. There are plenty if shops, restaurants and pubs near by including a sainsburys and Morrisson. We had drinks in the bar and it was a nice cosy atmosphere, we also had breakfast (£10 per person extra) which was nice.

The room was dirty, there was dirt on the floor and the carpets were stained. The shower head was full of limescale and looked dirty. There were small stains on the duvet. The beds were really uncomfortable. We had a room for 2 adults and 2 children. We were given 4 single beds, so we just pushed 2 together. But ours were really hard. The windows in the rooms were difficult to open, one didn't close properly so you could hear noise from outside. The curtains let in lots of light in which meant we had the sun in our room from 4.30am!

Lovely room for the two of us, very central. Clean and great value for money. We were greeted with a warm welcome from Jamie who continued to give 100% hospitality throughout our stay. Thank you

Great area, walking distance to Camden town, close to a Waitrose and the train station. Plenty of shops. The area closes early on weeknights, but is lively during the day.

They are strict on the check out time. It's an early 10am, but I was packing my bag at 10.05 and someone was checking the rooms. Felt a little uncomfortable. The kitchen is far too small for its size, which is acknowledged, but there might aswell be on kitchen. They have a no alcholol policy unless it's purchased in their bar. The room was small, I have always stayed in the larger dowms to date, which I would prefer.

Staff were lovely, the location is great. Breakfast was also very good.

The room was boiling and we struggled to sleep due to this, even with the window open and it not being a warm night. The bath was not cleaned and I could feel the grime on the bath when in it and you could see the dirt.

Beautiful location and lovely old building

The shower leaked whenever it was used. The room was so big it would have be offered from a small sofa in there to relax on
