  Cottage is very comfy with everything you could need. Beautiful views from the window. Walks straight from there so no need to drive if you don't want to. Nice pub nearby which is dog friendly and the small local shop sells lovely cakes which after a day walking is very much appreciated.

  Parking is a bit tight at times but we all drive bigger cars now. All neighbours were very pleasant and offered to move their cars if needed.

  The parking arrangements were superb, but paying for both days was disappointing. Day 2 should be ‘take your chance’ with the advantage that you already found it! Breakfast was excellent, quite substantial. Concierge were all very helpful. Taxis were also amazing and cheap.

  Great location, comfy bed, friendly staff and lovely pub feel.

  Every time I went in or out I found the front door wasn’t locked. I think another guest was not properly pulling it shut. For a lone female traveller this just made it a bit unsafe feeling. Could hear the neighbour in the house next door coughing a lot- recommend ear plugs.
