Everything, the relaxed home-from-home comfort of the hotel, delicious food for breakfast and dinner, staff were all very courteous, friendly and attentive. Quiet, comfortable room, with own private bathroom. Liked the gentle Tony Bennett music one evening in the dining room. Very flexible where ferry cancellations and changes affect bookings. Thank you.

Perfectly situated next to transport links and the town center. Generous breakfast in a unique classic themed restaurant. Plentiful tea and coffee supplies.

Some of the rooms are old, so doors and pipes were a little stiff/ loud. Had to be careful with timings of bathroom/ shower use.

It was close to where we needed to be. We had enough room for the 2 of us

I felt it could have been a bit better cared for. The bedding especially looked as though it had just come out of the tumble dryer. Presentation was not a priority and would have made the place nicer. The bathroom seemed like it had just been used by someone else. The bathmat was wet and the bin hadn't been emptied
