I had a wonderful time during my stay here and would highly recommend it, especially considering the excellent service and hospitality provided at such an affordable rate. The room was impeccably clean, and the complimentary snacks and drinks were a nice touch. The host was super responsive, friendly, and approachable! When I was a bit unsure about parking, he quickly reassured me that I could park on the drive just outside where I was staying. The area was peaceful and quiet, which was exactly what I needed before my flight, and being less than a 10-minute drive to the airport was so convenient. I will definitely choose to stay here again when I return to the city!

Easy to find and park, pleasant staff , quick check in, clean throughout hotel, nice bar area. Only stayed for one night room only as a stop over on way to London. The hotel is on a retail park so not really somewhere to stay for longer but we don't know the area, would stay again and would recommend to anyone looking to do the same

I really enjoyed the area that the property is in, you can see the sea from the living room windows. You can also see beautiful sunsets from them. The apartment itself is very nice it’s modern, classy and just overall comfortable to be in. The furniture was classy and beautiful, the tv has live tv and other apps which i enjoyed

There was no hot water in any of the taps, both kitchen and bathroom. One of the beds was dirty when we got there, there was stuff on the sheets and all the pillows so that wasn’t enjoyable. There was also no toilet paper in the place, except one very thin half finished roll, so i had to pay for that.

The property was very spacious with two very good size balconies. Very close to public transport, shops, bars and restaurants. Quiet at night so could easily get to sleep and wasn’t disturbed.

It says sofa bed in the description but it’s just an L shaped sofa for someone to sleep, it’s doesn’t pull out or have a mattress. So the sleep wasn’t comfy and no blinds in the living room so woken up early in there.

Lovely historic building beautifully made over into a hotel. Well situated for the Cardiff Bay area.

Parking was complicated, however the hotel does offer discounted rates at a nearby secure car park. Need to look at the bathroom design as the step into the bath is quite high.
