Well the location. Easy to get there of the tube, just og of your location to Canary Wharf and than short walk about 8-10 minutes and you there. Also, the are is clam, you are in the city, with no big city sounds. + If you are a sportsman as we do, you will appreciate the find "enegrie" fitness centrum, located just 10 minutes walk of the stay.

The folks who was there with us. It is having nothing to do with the accommodation at all but just with guests who were there at that moment during time of our stay. They were unpolite, laud and messy.

Received a warm and friendly welcome from the staff. My room was spotless and a decent size, comfy bed and a good shower. The pub itself is lovely and the beer is reasonably priced. Only a 15 minute walk from the city centre it's ideally located. Overall a very good night's stay 😊

Good location, close to seafront. Short walk to the centre of Aberystwyth. My room was quiet and a good size. Shared bathroom was nice and clean. Good value for money.

We booked a double room - we’re given a twin and didn’t have time to sort it as we were rushing to a wedding The room was rough around the edges, there were a lot of scratches and rough dark edges The breakfast was costly and underwhelming - cocktails sausages instead of proper sausages and limited amount - and £3.50 for a coffee was steep! You would pay the same at a costa - coffee should be included The breakfast took an hour to arrive from the booking time, and as we were a large group, half the table had finished before the other half even started, and the toast was freezing cold too

One lift was out of order so had to use stairs in and out of building or else waiting for lift could take a considerable amount of time. So with 3 kids in tow and 5 carry ons plus 3 23kg checked in suitcases, it wasnt pleasant. When checking in, was given the key to a "spare" room that had hand bags and suitcase in it. So had to go get a different room.
