The property was nicely appointed. Very clean and very private. It had all the facilities we needed and the host was friendly and welcoming. The surroundings were beautiful and the flowers and croissants on arrival were much appreciated. Also, the wi-fi was free and good quality. Keep up the good work, Louise!

We had a little trouble finding the place (not helped by a rotten mobile phone signal in the area!). The settee was a little too low and soft for me (I have arthritis).

The place has a quirky exterior that needs a little TLC, and the same can be said for the interior, although they have started and my room was freshly painted, although they had moved furtiture around which then left unpainted area's lol,

Bit grooty in places that desparatley need updating, The bar was closed although the owner opened upon request, but very limited as no draft etc, no restuarnt. The Onwer tried to insist ona £5 extra, but no idea what for so i refused, not very welcoming been asked for extra money when you have already paid

The location was brilliant, really easy to get to bus/metro/railway stations. Tesco/Aldi/Boots is just around the corner as well, which is always covenient.

Is spacious and you can park your rented car in front of the house. The kitchen is well equipped.

During my stay, the temperature of Durham is between 8 degrees to 13 degrees celsius. The heater of the water tank is not turned on, the heater of the rooms is also not turned on. I've to call them and luckily, the host, Charlie and the team are very responsive to resolve the matters. Pls provide more shampoo and shower gels and toilet paper too.

Didn't like the fact that all around was soaking wet, not enough pavement to walk around the caravans... couldn't park next to it, had to walk to it I wet our shoes... There was no info about : no towels , no bedding on the booking! My 2nd time to caravans and Previously had everything, no extra charges like here 15f for set of bedding. I'm not sure if there was any info on booking but couldn't do bbq outside due to gas and Previous accidents on the site....
