The room was very comfortable and clean....shower was perfect....lock on the door was dodgy and needed replacing.....bed very comfy...room was too warm and needed a fan to cool down....also needs an intro pack regarding wifi password etc...floorboards need replacing in corridor....spoons needed on tea and coffee tray....however it was a very good overnight stay and we will be back...breakfast was continental but very good

Room not properly ready for guests..no towels and no toilet paper.. You now need to register for parking..was not told this when checking in. No cooked breakfast anymore..continental breakfast, small amount of food in a small wicker box which was delivered by a staff member who just walked into the room,,no knock, then walked straight to the fridge and put two boxes in the fridge, I had to ask her what she was doing.. signs up state under new management..but standards have gone down quickly.

Really nice property' sofa was covered in hair and overall cleanliness was not of the highest of standards. Surprised to find the dog in our living remove after leaving the doors open. Overall a pleasant stay but needs some attention to detail with cleaning. Could do with a sharp knife in the kitchen.
