  Great property, very clean, quiet and everything you need from a home away from home. Host provided extras like tea, coffee, eggs and bread which was an added bonus. Views of the golf course and also the gym facilities, which we didn't use.

  Bit secluded, but that didn't bother us. Also would have been nice if the health facilities were free to use.

  What a lovely visit! Michelle was an exceptional host and the property was comfortable, clean and welcoming. The location was exceptional....just a few minutes walk away from the High Street. I'd definitely book here again.

  We stayed in Annie's apartment, which was in a separate building across the car-park. It was comfortably and well furnished, and quite quiet, despite traffic on A595 passing close by.

  I loved the fact that the room had a smart TV and that tv came with YouTube pre-installed as well as Netflix, so if you have an account for either app it’s really good

  The 4G/5G in my room and in the surrounding area was very very spotty and the free WiFi didn’t seem to work on my phone but worked on the tv? That was the only negative

  First of all the room was nothing like the picture showed. I then got to the hotel and used the bathroom to see a hole in the wall with sanitary tissues pushed into the hole along with someone’s dirty eyelashes from god knows when! The ceiling looked like there has been someone lying spitting up at it! The carpet has vomit stains and the room smelt off. I did not stay my entire stay as this made me feel uncomfortable and like the room wasn’t clean and COVID is not on my list for this year. I left the room as it was found apart from a few balloons on the bed as I did try and decorate the room considering the state it was in for my partners birthday surprise! He seen the bathroom and did not wish to stay either and we left no shorter than an hour from checking in. I have made a complaint twice now over the phone. The cancellation policy states that I would not get a refund at all if I didn’t turn up as a no show or if I cancelled before hand. I did neither as I showed up to this hotel and I paid parking and breakfast costs for this stay and lost £221 on this booking as they are yet to even call me back on this matter I have been lied to and told they will ring me back over and over and this was on Saturday. It’s now Monday afternoon.
