The accommodation is located in a residential area with a main road at a distance, so it was quiet and there were no security issues. Additionally, being on the first floor made it convenient for moving luggage and getting around. Furthermore, I can say the facilities were top-notch.

We stayed for 5 nights with 4 people, and we were provided with 4 towels plus an extra one, totaling 5 towels. We requested additional towels, but the host refused, stating they adhere to Airbnb rules. If you consider guests staying multiple days like us, you should address the towel issue themselves. By the way, there is a dryer-equipped washing machine available.

Lack of coordination among staff members,i.e., our dinner reservation didn’t make it from front desk to restaurant, shuttle service to airport was good in the end but did not function as expected regarding follow up for pickup, staff neglected to ask the right questions to keep things flowing smoothly. That being said, those who appeared to be staff management were very helpful. Many others appeared to be trainees and failed to ask the correct questions. BUT two of the staff members were wonderful!!!

The place was very difficult to find. The SatNav Postcode sent me to the back of some flats. Entering the address was just as bad, sent me totally the wrong way, There was Little to No signs to locate the place, Finally found it by going up and down the road slowly. The bloke on the reception desk was very unpleasent with scabs all over him. Horrid.
