  The apartment was clean and tidy. All you need for a self-catering holiday. Beach over the road, and a cafe a sort walk away the main pier and shops and shopping centre, chip shops and cafes, Steve the owner was very helpful took our heavy suitcase up to the apartment. He was always helpful when needed.steve is always about to help with any enquiries or just for a chat. But otherwise you could have a very relaxing holiday.The balcony was great,with furniture needed to see the extraordinary view, have a cuppa, and watch the sun go down over the 🌊 sea.well worth the money. Thank you, Steve & laurna x

  Sorry to say the stairs, not the sunfolds fault. I should have asked how many flights of stairs. With my husbands knees and my chronic fatigue. Just for reference, 6 fights of 6 steps up to flat 10. I'm not complaining, just letting people make their own minds up.other than that brilliant apartment and owner.

  We had a fabulous room, huge bay window, comfy chairs and a huge bed that was so comfortable. Slept well every night. The bathroom was huge too with biggest bath I've ever been in. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming.

  The food was so disappointing, not great spread of choices for my taste and the prices! Is it the 'Gleneagles is up the road' influence? I don't know but my medium fillet steak at £39(!) was more like rare but worse it was sinewy and tough in the middle, inedible. My OH's mussels were tiny and tasteless. To be fair they refunded my steak but it put us off eating there the remaining 2 nights and probably means we wouldn't stay again which is such a shame as everything else was great. Can recommend Café Kisa in the town and KBs Italian in nearby Crieff for eating out. Better food at half the price. Breakfasts were good though, so maybe we were just unlucky with our 2 evening meals.

  Lovely setting, getting a little tired but nevertheless a delightful place. Probably not so great when very busy, but good at this time of the year (May). Genial host who was brilliant and lovely helpful staff.

  We had dinner on one night and it was dreadful . Overcooked food which was either hard to eat, or soggy, and with little flavour or seasoning. So disappointing.

  Breakfast was really good but could have had a tomatoes offered with cooked breakfast. Room really good as was the bed.

  It would have been nice to have had a drawers in the bedroom ( there something nice about popping things in a draw). I'm sure it's to do with cost but the standard of the toilet rolls is poor. For some reason we had to have our keys reprogrammed every day to open our doors.
