      Location was perfect , staff very friendly and accomodating. Restaurant meals were great I had the lasagna, my wife had the beef curry and both meals were great. Room was a little small but understandable in an old Inn, though the bed was also small and the down side was the bed linen , not up to par with few stains on pillow cases and sheets. Though we would stay here again.

      Good location...comfortable beds..spacious...clean...very quiet..good shower and bathroom...

      Housekeeping did not replace used cups and saucers even though they topped up teas and coffees?...cigarette end on outside of bathroom window!...door from room to corridor let light in especially at the bottom...query is it meant to be a firedoor? If so it would fail badly. Only 10 parking spaces and no guarantee of a space even when you're charged on arrival for whole stay.

      If there is a downside then maybe in high season without on site parking you may have to pay for the local car park which is a very short walk, however I was able to park just down the side road
