great location we were able to park outside the door which made it very handy during the rain storms. the room was large enough and the bed was comfortable and the bathroom had everything we needed. we had a continental breakfast provide d in our room and teat and coffee as well. we also got a welcome pack of sweets and crisps

Breakfast was very good and made to order. Friendly management. Location on the fringe of Bury St. Edmunds made it quieter with easy access to centre and elsewhere. Very clean bedroom and bathroom. Relaxed atmosphere generally. Fridge was a good touch in the room.

Lovely guest house is well looked after and a lovely looking building inside and out. The breakfast is of a very decent quality. The hosts were amazing and super friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed staying here and visiting the local areas.

What a place! Attention to detail on the highest level, the tents equipped with absolutely everything you need including power sockets! People working there are super nice and helpful. You wont regret spending time there at all. Highly recommend.
