We were greeted by scarlet who made us very welcome and upgraded us to a quiet room towards the rear of the hotel. She then came out from the desk and took or case up to the room showing us what was available. It was an exceptional greeting and made us feel very special. The room was lovely and the hotel very convenient for access to guildford centre

Located near to slough train station and shops. Quite clean and a comfortable place to stay. I will definitely stay again if I visit the place. Train to paddington from slough station takes around 30-40 minutes.

Didn’t like that you had to climb to get into the bed also very uncomfortable bed think it is broken cause you roll to the middle when your laying in it had to get up and sleep on the sofa both nights and my partner didn’t sleep much and woke up with a bad back. The place didn’t smell nice it had a really strong smell of cooking and spices and also the hall way from the other flats. Dishwasher wasn’t emptied before we got there either. Doesn’t look anything like pics either the carpet is dark grey not a creamy colour.

Caravan had a nasty smell. Got in touch with owner hopefully rectified. Staying only 2 nights I would have been more peeved if we booked for a week.
