Though the checkin is self-completed there were some staff in the shop area (during working hours) to assist with anything if needed. Otherwise the communication before checkin with door codes, etc. was very easy and convenient. The aparto itself was comfortable, clean and quiet. We would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice aparto style accommodation in Porto with nice restaurants close by (for dine-in or takeaway).”

  On arrival I was welcomed by the staff, handed out my room card, signed posted to facilities and free breakfast. Guests were so happy playing cards, having a birthday party. The atmosphere was so happy and relaxed. In the morning a wide variety of fruits, bread, and many more things were available in the kitchen. Kitchen and toilets were clean and organised.

  I would love if there was a table and chairs in the rooms as well. The lockers did not have keys so the guests should pay for it which would cost them but these things possibly would come at price given the low cost hostel is understandable why they would not provide them.

  Large hotel, several overflow car parks, easy to find by road, plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits supplied in the rooms, quiet after about 10pm, good wifi with no password, helpful staff, door locks and chains.

  Bit dated, no lifts, some of the rooms are key entry, bit noisy before 10pm, couldn't get the TV to work.

  Good location for city centre. Bed comfy.

  Parking a nightmare. When sent to public car park the receptionist didn’t point out the access so we ended up stuck going round the one way system again. Not sure if they’re mid-decorating or that’s just the state they’re leaving it in. Bathroom poor. Toilet constantly running water. Room door needed slamming shut. Waited 30mins for a bowl of chips to find they’d been left on the end of the bar because the bar staff were too busy. Bar staff working hard but rest of staff clearly lacked initiative. Breakfast awful. When we were checking in there was a lady complaining because her room stank of smoke.
