Accommodation was exactly as advertised. Bedding was fresh and pristine clean as well as the towels provided. Tea/Coffee and biscuits also provided which was a nice touch. Appreciated having a small fridge in the room as well. Excellent parking right outside the room.

There was really only one issue and that was the hot water tap in the toilet which didn't work. We didn't have time to speak to anyone about it as we were off out to a concert then straight to bed when we returned so hopefully that will get sorted for the future.

The shower didn’t work so we had to wait for a new one to be installed. This should have been checked before we arrived. The curtains didn’t cover all the window.(see photo) There was no washing machine, tumble drier, slippers, cleaning material , wine/champagne as advertised for that apartment.(see photo) There was only two of each thing in the Kitchen ie 2 teaspoons, 2 mugs , 2 knives etc ! A few tea bags would have been good. The complicated way of getting into the property with various codes made it very inconvenient. Most of the apartment was clean , except thick dust under the bed, dusty tv screen and dirty windows . Also we didn’t know what the pad/control on the wall by the door inside the apartment was for …no obvious instructions.(see photo) View from window described as city view ?(see photo)
