Friendly staff . Checkin was quick and easy was taken straight to my room . Room was clean although the hotel needs a makeover its in the best location possible and everything i needed was availble . I stayed for 2 nights for the rugby Final and the stay was pleasant

Good location, although over a pub. Clean and decent size flat. Double glazing and a good shower.

Two points against the company (rather than the specific flat) are their insistence on a deposit and ID. This was a nuisance and unnecessary. Also they do not provide the entry code until exactly 3pm which basically means you can't actually get into the flat and drop your stuff off until say 3.10pm. In my case it was worse because they did not actually send the information. When I called a very unhelpful member of staff said "yes you will have got it", despite my assurances that I had not. She said wait for it to come through. It did not come through so I had to ring again and ask her to give it to me verbally. All this wasted half an hour of my time.
