We were met at the door by a very friendly attentive host who showed us to our large room which was on the front and overlooking the bay so we had wonderful views. It was clean with a large comfortable bed and pillows. There was a fridge in the room which was very useful. There was a very good variety on offer for breakfast and it was all perfectly cooked. When I washed my hair it was nice that the plug socket was near the mirror so I could see what I was doing! Little things like that make life so much easier when you are travelling. Nothing seemed too much trouble and the house had a real homely feel. I would definitely recommend this property.

The place itself is really nice and a very good location. The host is nice just needs to communicate better with the guest. But it properly needs to be taken care of more and to be more appropriate and accommodating for guests. They could use better appliances for the kitchen, towels and sheets.

The kitchen appliances were a mess, everything in very poor conditions you couldn't even cook with it. The kettle was so disgusting from the inside like it had mould. The apartment was not properly clean, I found the trash of the previews guest in the bathroom, they left things in the washer and dryer and you couldn't use it. The host was very demanding with a deposit if not they didnt give you the key, then at check in time the apartment was not ready and they didnt give me much information, I just had to wait outside like 30-45 mins after checkin before the host gave me the information.

Very nice bedding, good to have coffee maker in room, especially good to have access to fresh milk and bottled water; quiet location and good restaurant in Pub; air conditioning appreciated

Bathroom tiles need to be cleaned all over the room, soap not provided at sink (just in shower pump dispenser that was worn out and not filled sufficiently), chipped china and dirty tea spoon in room, only one pack of biscuits provided.

The location was fab next to the pub and only a 1 mile walk to lands end. Sennen cove is so lovely.

My only negative was cobwebs hadn’t been wiped around the lights and walls so did it myself to clear the sliders, other that that was spotless. Could do with a mat at the door as was wet and no where to wipe yr shoes so the floor was muddy. Bed to soft for me.

The bedclothes and pillows smelled awful. I do not doubt that they did not change them for several days. Because each pillow had different smell. There were 8 pillows, i smelled 8 different smells, what an experience! I have never had this experience at a Marriott Hotel. Even though they changed the bedclothes after I requested, they still smelled bad, like leftover food. It was really hard to sleep.
