Breakfast - excellent, good choices It's a Greene King Pub, so typical evening pub fayre, do book a table before you get there because there's limited options in town and if one kitchen is not operating in the town and it's a busy weekend, you may find yourself without food. Staff were really helpful as we had an issue with the evening meal and they were quick to fix it. Location right on the market place with a choice of 4 pubs within a 5 min walk all serving craft beer, car parking is £1. Walking distance to both the Black Sheep brewery and Theakstons. Would stay again.

The bed was on the small size (double)and given the aged of the building , sleeping on an angle with a fear of rolling off in the night was a challenge, however that's what you get with an old building. The floors are not level. A pint of Moretti >£6 Pint of Madhri £5.60 Old Peculiar (in the old casks) <£5

Room was clean and had everything you would expect ( beverages, fridge etc) Bathroom was okay-a bit shoddy and needs an upgrade. Location was excellent and breakfast excellent too. Pleasant staff.

Bathroom was okay but same level as a Travelodge or Premier Inn. You might expect a more stylish suite and better tiling.

Perfect location walking distance to Oxford Street, Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park. Plenty of great places to eat or shop nearby. Hotel was very clean, quiet location considering it’s so central.

Location and spacious layout. Easy to find and comfortable bed and sofas. The flat was handy for the centre of Kings Lynn and there was easy parking nearby.

There was no iron, no washing liquid for the washing machine and no airer, the dish drainer was rusty. There was no handle on the oven door, No net curtains on the windows and the blinds were not blackout blinds so the bedroom was very light at night. Noise from the wood yard across the road. TV remote wouldn't work. Nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom or anywhere to easily put your toiletries. The back door to the building was left wedged open overnight so security wasn't the best. Bedroom lamp was broken, Paint coming off wall in living room due to old damp problem. Freezer so frozen could not open two of the drawers. Top of fridge cupboard was damages. Needs a mirroe in the bedroom and somewhere to hang clothes in the bedroom as the hanging rail in the hall could not fit long clothes. No coffee machine as was supposed to be and no tea towel. Pans were old and in bad condition and the plates were scratched. No oven dishes. Cleaners had left a bag of dirty linen and towels in the inside hallway. Despite emailing Oracle I received nothing but a comfirmastion of my email and no personal response.

Nice shower with good water pressure.

Absolutely awful mattress, which was both hard and would tilt in the middle, rolling us into each other. Really loud, whenever you turn it creaks. Equally awful pillows that were thin and hard paired with a thin and useless duvet, which provided no comfort or warmth. Worst sleeps we've ever had in a hotel. Aircon in the room didn't work. Parking cost £40!! for the two days that we were staying there. Clean mugs at breakfast had lipstick marks on them and were poorly washed. - Not an okay level of hygiene. Slow wifi in the rooms.

Location for Kings Theatre.

We were a bit disappointed. Not many tourists here and this hotel had mostly full time residents, who wore pyjamas and flip flops within the breakfast areas.

The staff.

Everything else, being forced to leave at 5am because of noise from permanent quests next door 🤬
