I was greeted like a returning guest as I have stayed here before. I was upgraded to the large family room which is downstairs. I was informed of the slight noise from the kitchen extractor units however this had no impact whatsoever. The room was large comfortable and clean. The bathroom had both a bath and separate shower cubicle. The hotel breakfast is all freshly cooked and has a wonderful selection of fruits, juices pastries. All of the staff are super friendly and happy to help.

The only thing was the automatic light sensor in the bathroom which also activated the extractor fan, which is a little annoying during the night if you use the facility!

Alan and Sophia are really lovely hosts. I didn’t feel uncomfortable staying in their house at all. The home was absolutely perfect in terms of location for me to get to work and so I hope to stay again in future!

Rachael was an excellent host. Spoilt us to homemade shortbread biscuits on arrival. The location is perfect and easy to find. Everything you could want and beautifully peaceful. Highly recommend.

Lovely hotel adjacent to the M74 although motorway noise was not a problem even with the window open. Staff very helpful. Freshly cooked breakfast was great.

Very mouldy shower with sealant peeling off. Only one channel works on TV. Text with location stated wrong apartment number luckily it had the same name or we'd have struggled to find it without contacting someone.

Close to the Hyde park and very calm area, so really liked it. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean.

Even tho i liked it, my partner did not like distance from all attractions, but we had metro and bus stop close by the hotel. Also we were missing towel, after asking they said to wait 15 min, but no one came, so we got it next day. One day after cleaning room we found garbage bins in the middle of the room, eithout plastic bags. But room was cleaned, maybe person was in a rush. But it is not a problem. Just small funny things to improve. Thank you for welcoming atmosphere.

Disliked · Music in all the downstairs rooms was obligatory. The internet didn’t work in my attic room, so I had to sit downstairs. Requests to turn off the music since I was the only guest about were refused. A ‘turn down’ produced little effect.This meant that if you wanted a quiet read, the only option was to retire to your room. A
