  Tanners Arms is still the centre of village life in Devynock, well frequented by locals who were engaging with a solo visitor like myself. Witnessed a 60th birthday celebration where the ladies clearly knew how to party and had been doing so since their respective “Hen Nights”! And Saturday early evening where 3 or 4 generations of the family had lunch along side mourners returning from a wake. Simple menu well cooked with good sized portions and reasonably priced. Breakfast is cooked to order so comes out fresh and hot, not like some establishments where the food was cooked hours before and kept warm on a hot plate. Single room was small, as expected, but comfortable and had all the amenities you could wish for.

  Good location, organised and useful kitchen facilities including room numbered fridge and cupboard, nice sized bath, easy to check in and out, free parking outside on the road, plenty of wardrobe and drawers spaces.

  Bed too hard. No TV. Bathroom tiles in between grout need proper cleaning. Very grey colour scheme!

  Location is perfect. Small apartment with everything you need. Very comfortable place to stay with a toddler. Small kitchen was very usefull, comfortable bathroom, the view is great,

  There were no kitchen towels or sponges for dishes, no dish liquid. Some kitchen appliences wasn't clean. Bathroom sink is not comfortable to use because the tap is too small.

  The young men who served drinks at the bar, serve our dinner and assisted with breakfast were lovley. Breakfast was exceptional - plenty of variety and a good time frame.
