We loved everything! Great shower , large room , great mattress! In the beginning I thought it was a little too soft but I never slept so good nowhere. Couldn’t wake up 4 days in a row ! Good Toiletries! Staff is super cool and friendly ! They gave me a lot of decaffeinated coffee and milk everyday , they help us in many many ways. Parking is challenging but we did manage. Literally in the center of Brighton, specifically in the lanes ! Tesco supermarket in front of the hotel . We loved it and if or when I’ll come back to Brighton I’ll come back to my Brighton!

The house was clean and nicely decorated, it was just a one night stay so didn't really use the house fully. Internet was easy to use via the BT Hub. Lounge was good - enough room for four people comfortably. The kitchen had tea and coffee facilities with microwave and kettle etc..

The kitchen was very tired and could have done with a refit, the cooker had been replaced but didn't actually fit the space of the cupboard. This is probably a bit of a preference but the beds were extremely soft and didn't give a very good sleep for our party of 4. The details said 2 bathrooms but in fact it is a bathroom and a separate toilet which are next to each other on the ground floor beyond the kitchen. No bathroom upstairs.

No fuss booking in and now the 11am departure is a real bonus. Being able to park is a plus as well. It's nice and close to the town centre. I use the hotel to visit friends, somewhere to stay over night.

It would be nice if booking in could be earlier. Attened a christening last sunday, had to dip out to get booked in then return to the celebrations. Just an interruption on the day. I am the childs god father.

Excellent city centre location with parking. It was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. The breakfast which was included in our room rate was very good with a great selection of hot and cold foods.
