  The location was beautiful, great views. The house really well equipped for our group of 7 & clean. The hot tub was massive, generous outdoor seating area / table. BBQ a decent size. 30 ish minute walk into Cheadle, plenty of Supermarkets nearby

  I booked through booking.com, upon arrival the booking was only for myself and was missing my 2 children. I was told by the racist elderly gentleman at reception this was "because booking.com is useless and you shouldn't use them as you know they're not British right?" this was while he ignored a guest openly vaping inside at the desks next to the reception area. even the female receptionist reacted to this and told him you cant say that, and he just snapped back that its true. The cleanliness subpar, old tissue and a child's toy watch were found under the bed so clearly cleaning was not performed correctly. The bar staff couldn't remember an order of three drinks and sighed repeatedly when you had remind them of what was ordered. To top all this off, today I received a parking charge notice, despite booking my car in on arrival on the one working digital pad and when asked if I could pay for parking was told I needed to pay on departure, which I did.

  You get an additional charge that you are not made aware of if you have any of your own snacks in the room and there was no bins provided in the bathroom and the breakfast I paid additional for was very very poor and had to pay more for any sort of hot food when I had already paid for the breakfast
