  The hotel and room were clean and tidy. They got replenished each day, and cleaned without us asking. The breakfast was great, good portion sizes and very attentive staff! For a hotel which is right in the town centre it was very quiet and we didn't hear any noise from traffic or public. Also as someone with disabilities the disabled parking outside was also a very handy thing to have. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too big of a trouble, very accommodating and would recommend staying to others. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shakespeare Inn and would recommend it to others.

  The room was lovely and clean. Everything we needed was included. It was perfect for two people, and you probably wouldn't need anything else for a great stay in London. The location was excellent. Within walking distance of major tourist attractions, and a few minutes walk from Victoria Train station.

  The only issues that came up, which can't be faulted to the apartment was firstly the sound of the underground. While this didn't really bother us too much, by being so close to Victoria, the constant sound and rumble of the underground is quite loud in the apartment. Second, we were in the basement apartment, and the people in the apartment above us were quite loud.

  Good location - 10 minutes drive from Ben Lawers and the excellent Endramucky nature reserve. Friendly, helpful staff. Good restaurant in the hotel and another at the other end of the village. Coop 2 minutes walk away.
