Though the checkin is self-completed there were some staff in the shop area (during working hours) to assist with anything if needed. Otherwise the communication before checkin with door codes, etc. was very easy and convenient. The aparto itself was comfortable, clean and quiet. We would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice aparto style accommodation in Porto with nice restaurants close by (for dine-in or takeaway).”

  The place is spot on, with direct parking in front of the house. All the facilities you could possibly want. We where on motorcycles and their was ample space for all our gear. Kelvin is the best host ever, always in contact with you and helping with somewhere to park or get in touch with. Can't fault this place, and will definitely be returning in a short while. This time with the missus. Thanks Kelvin for a wonderful place to stay.

  Everything was great for the most part! -Location was just off the main street of Whitstable. -Even though it was at the rear of the hosts house, it was self contained/isolated.
- Negative section of review
  
  -The path into the property (which was a back ally at the rear of houses) was pretty over grown and lots of weeds sticking out. It could do with running a strimmer back there from time to time. -The property had a few cobwebs in the corners which would have been nice to not have to deal with when we got there. But, not a big issue. Disposed of them quick enough. -The bed was a memory foam bed which I'm sure is fine for some people but me and my partner personally don't like them. (This didn't affect any of our ratings, just sharing what it was).

  Lovely and helpful staff, although I think they need more to run efficiently. Meals were very good and huge portions.

  Beds were not very comfortable. The rooms could be cleaned a bit better. However they were value for money so can’t complain on what we paid. The rooms might be very hot in summer as no opening windows, but fans were provided.

  The 2 young ladies running the place could not have been better. Food was pretty good for the price.

  Really difficult to park near the entrance. Do not stay here if you have any mobility issues at all. Place was really tired and not very clean. The showere was terrible and mouldy.

  We were given keys to an already occupied room, thankfully was someone in our party. Dirty cups and leftover croissant from breakfast on Saturday were not taken out by housekeeping, still there on Monday morning when we checked out.
