Positive section of review
Space was great and easy to find. Communication was brilliant. The space of the apartment was great too, it was certainly ideal for us as we had to get ready for a wedding and the sapce was perfect for that. Very good accommodation.

The shower hose and head needs replacing as it was a little temperamental, and the toilet seat top kept falling down when you sat on it, but other than that, the say was very pleasant

Thecstaff were very nice and my bed was really comfortable. I would return again as the hotel is convenient to St Pancras. You have London at your doorstep and all you need for a good night’s sleep. Just avoid room 5, see below.

The person who checked me in gave misleading information about food in the area. He should have known that a guest notebook can be found in the room that gives a lot of very good information . Room 5 was the worst room in the place right above the front door. My bed shook every time someone came in or out.

Location is fantastic! An old building but the bathroom was renovated/modern. Comfortable bed, windows in the room open for fresh air. Customer service was nice, very helpful and polite. Clean toilet!

Lift has been out of order- for a while it seems. All the fire doors open into you and there is little space on the stairs (especially with a suitcase) No AC, No ventilation in the bathroom, they hold luggage at a £25 per bag rate and keep these bags in the hallway- which is already narrow. The ‘exhaust fan’ in the bathroom was caked in dust, the carpet is old and worn, the curtains had a giant rip in them, the grout in the shower was yellow in some spots, stains or grime (?) on the skirting, ceiling and light fittings in the bathroom and bedroom. Look- it’s run down and needs a lot of love. But it’s comfortable enough to sleep and shower in.

Convenient location, clean and provided the basics. Nice view from the windows. Staff were pleasant. Feel like a student again! The small park in the middle area of the buildings was lovely.

We should have requested low floor room/s. One of the rooms were were given was on the top floor and up several flights of narrowish stairs, no lift. We had heavy luggage and medical issues. Luckily the other room was in another building, with a lift, except for a set of stairs to the last level. We took that one and the younger family members took the other. So keep that in mind if you can't make it up stairs. The beds were basic, so not so great for my back issues - quite firm. But this is student accommodation!

The staff were so polite and kind upon arrival and I couldn’t fault them at all and the location was perfect distance to where we needed to be at the NEC.

There was no signal around the property, the wifi did not connect, there was black mould in the bathroom even on the shower head which also did not stay up as the shower head was too heavy for the mount and finally the toilet seat did not fit.

The price of the breakfast was quite expensive (£15 each) and when we went down 15 minutes before breakfast was due to end, there was not a lot of choice left so make sure to go earlier
