Staff were excellent, really friendly and engaging. The standard of food was also excellent, best I've had for a while. The room was small, but I did book a 'Cosy' room, so that was to be expected. But it was clean and all was good. Car park was a decent size, but not sure why there is a £10 charge, I've not experienced this at any other hotels, residents are usually free of charge.

The staff behind the bar, friendly as they were, were having issues with the pumps, gas, etc...... as a result myself and all the other people waiting were left for over 20 minutes to be served. A situation made worse when one of the team was just milling around without a care in the world, and others were walking round clearing tables. Which is really frustrating, when they could have been helping behind the bar. My 2 other issues were around the room, firstly, yes I ordered the Cosy Room, but I'm 6'1 and my feet were hanging off the bed. And secondly, it was a warm afternoon, but I couldn't have the window open as there was a dirty great Air Conditioning Unit on the roof below and it was making that much noise it was deafening in the room.

Loved everything about the property. Immaculate house, very well kept. Comfortable stay. Amazing host Simon. He left consumables in the kitchen for us including fresh bottle of milk, bread and water bottles. My entire family was so delighted with the stay. They want me to rate this as 100/10 but unfortunately I have to give it a max 10 !!

Hotel was well placed for our trip to Wembley Stadium, Hotel it self is clean and so is the room we stayed in but the furniture is old and broken.

Breakfast was poor and not good value for the money we paid. Bacon dried up and poor quality as was the rest of the breakfast items

It was a convenient position. The room seemed clean. Some staff friendly. Some not!

The room was very dingy and needed some tlc and decoration. There were cracks on the wall that had not been painted. There was no bottled water. It just felt very uncared for.

The stairs to the 1st floor were steep, which we didn't realise beforehand and a bit of a struggle for my 80 year old mother

It was old and very dated. There were no blinds in the kids room so they did not sleep well. The smell of frying could be smelt upstairs on the second floor. I asked for a small Yorkshire on my Sunday lunch but was declined.
