Positive section of review
Room nice,basic, bed, desk, bathroom/ shower. Restaurant busy so need to book in advance . Quite a long wait just for seasoned fries. Continental breakfast in the restaurant is in with the cost of the room but extra cost for a hot breakfast. Made a nice change ,but I don't think it was worth the price. The restaurant is quite expensive too. Also make sure you are not charged twice as booking took my payment a couple of weeks ago but on departure, to book out,it asked for payment again.

Cost Chair in the room looks like it had never been cleaned, very dusty and a feather on it too. Think the cleaner needs to take more time in the rooms

Great property however no lift which was fine but something to take into consideration if you need it. Carpark is a very short distance walk no issue. Great breakfast and friendly staff. No fridge for the milk however the windowsill worked well.

The radiator in the bathroom was on and too hot for the month of June. Didn't know how to turn it off or down.

The room was nice, marks on the wall next to the bed, the bed was comfortable with nice linen. Lots of parking and Asda across the road.

For the price one would expect more than 2 tea bags in the room, the restaurant was understaffed, waited 25 mins for a sandwich breakfast and another 20 minutes just to get a cup of tea due to the fact that there wasn't a cup or mug insight. We were queuing up to get cups which were being washed and when they were brought out, there were only 4 so had to wait again for the next lot of cups. Its a shame really because the food was good but the waiting for anything in the restaurant just spoils it. And guess, only 2 teabags on the table which were snapped up by people lucky enough to get a cup to drink out of.

The windows didn't fit unbelievable 😭. Clubs and pubs next door and across the street, soooo loud no chance of any sleep when windows are fitted correctly .And it wasn't clean either.
