Unclean room with decades of dust and I suspect a dog had stayed in my room. I have allergies so coughed my guts up and couldn't get to sleep each night. I was woke up before 6 am by a guest who let her dog run around and foul the waterpark while she stood outside shouting to her mate upstairs. Absolute rip off, there are clean hotels nearby for far less.

Room 1016 was a lovely room, very spacious and had everything we needed. However, it was very hot with no window to open and the aircon only went down to 18deg this also turned off at midnight. My wife never gets hot but even she couldn’t sleep with the heat.

Didn't know we would be under ground level parking was available if no one parked in your allocated space so used car park further down the road very basic and sheets were grubby informed office they were going to change them but they didn't windows wouldn't close in living room good job there were blinds to stop the drafts

Very noisy - next to a night club - loud music starts at 1130 pm and then crowds disperse at 3 am which leads to lots of shouting and noise on the road. Impossible to sleep through it. Would recommend asking for a room facing away from the night club.

The keys were not in the key box upon arrival & the front door was unlocked, meaning that anyone could have been inside the property. When checking the bedroom, we found that the sheets were not clean. There was hair on the sheets and lots of fluff. I contacted the property owner to inform her & she said the cleaner is on her way and would be with us within an hour. An hour had passed and the cleaner had not arrived. I contacted the owner again and she did not respond to my messages which led me to calling her. When I called her, she said I should stop spam calling her as she has an important meeting. Meaning that not only did she ignore my calls, but did also not treat this matter with urgency. How could I get comfortable on a dirty hairy bed? Not forgetting that my friend and I could not leave the property as we still did not have keys. The cleaner did not arrive until 10:30pm, we checked in at 3pm. 7 & a half hours of our trip & time that we won’t get back due to poor customer service, communication and lack of urgency. Very disappointed with my stay and would not recommend to anyone!
