The room was very spacious, tastefully decotrated, and really well presented. There were plug sockets situated at both sides of the bed, as well as a good sized bedside table each (which are rarely present on many of our short stay hotel experiences) We had a good-sized Smart TV to watch, so after a long day travelling, we were able to relax and watch a movie. Evening room service was available, and although we didn't take advantage of it (as we had already eaten), we most certainly would have appreciated it had we been hungry I didn't have breakfast, although my partner did. He said it was very nice and freshly cooked. The staff were very polite and friendly.

Nothing major, just the bedroom doors slammed when closing, if not held onto. Could have done with more pillows, especially for sitting up in bed, as the ones supplied were quite flat.

We rented two apartments for the night for a family birthday party as we were travelling from Scotland. The apartments were excellent, clean and were right in the middle of town. The host even left us basic necessities like bread and butter and also some snacks and wine which was a great touch. We had a brilliant stay and would definitely recommend Erne a Rest!

Location was good for central London with tube stations nearby. Room was small but clean and tidy. The price is decent value for a two night stay in London.

Got to the right location but nothing on the outside of the building to suggest a hotel apart from a buzzer next to a door. Rang buzzer and no answer at first. Rang the phone number and she said press the buzzer and staff will come open the door for you. Was then a very abrupt greeting by the staff and not welcoming at all when the door was actually opened after we buzzed again. Very small bathroom, could barely move in the shower. Only paper cups for coffee. No hand towels or full length mirror. Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from the corridors and adjacent rooms. TV wasn't working properly.

Walls in our room were dirty with flaky plaster and paint falling off, room was on the small side and very hot during the night, did not sleep well, yet the radiator was not on and it was not warm outside. Two seagulls were nesting on the roof outside our window. Doors at the top of stairs were dirty needed a good clean.The new Adham bar was not a patch on the previous bar, mostly empty with no atmosphere, very disappointed and would think twice about booking again
