This was our favourite B&B during our two week trip traveling around Scotland. The room is exactly as pictured and it was very clean and welcoming. The breakfast was superb. You have options like fresh fruit bowls, yogurt with honey, warm croissants, homemade granola and more. The Studio has access to a beautiful private garden with a view of Falkland Castle. You can also see the Castle through the Studio's expansive skylight windows. It was a perfect place to spend time while we enjoyed the beautiful, quaint town of Falkland. Highly recommend a stay here. It was perfection. For activities, there is a woodland walk with waterfalls (Maspie Den Trails), two Hills to climb (East and West Lomond Hill Trailheads) and Falkland Castle and Gardens. There are several lovely little cafes for lunch and a pub across the street for dinner. There are also several little stores to meander through.

Less then 5 minutes from the M6 with plenty of parking and green spaces, the check in at the bar took a little bit of time The rooms were basic but clean with a nice outdoor space with table and chairs

AC does not work properly, and the windows are completely sealed, making the room uncomfortable. Extremely noisy till 3pm due to pubs and clubs. Breakfast is too expensive for what you get,
