      The location was perfect with an easy walk to station, lovely local shops and cafes round the corner and great access to the city. The apartment is really quiet, modern, chilled and had everything we needed - including tea bags and milk sachets - thank you ☺️

      It was conveniently located to Euston Station, the British Museum and London City centre - which is what I wanted.

      The hotel and its facilities were very minimum and very basic. The shower was barely big enough to stand in - the shower head was at the height of my forehead - and I'm 5' 10". The full English breakfast consisted of one egg, one sausage, one bacon, half a tomato and some baked beans - with two slices of toast.

      Booking through you I checked in your q& a’s if it accepted dogs so went ahead & booked with no price mentioned for them but usually you pay on average £10 - £15 per night for a dog only to be told after I couldn’t cancel I will be charged £50 for 1 night wow wow wow if I had known this I wouldn’t have booked it obviously this rate is to put off customers from staying with dogs even though they say their dog friendly. If that’s the case where are the dog dishes, blanket, treats and not even allowed into any part where you dine so I had to put him in my vehicle whilst we ate. So perhaps you could put a dog rate up or simply say your not dog friendly

      very mouldy! and whilst i didnt find any bedbugs every layer of sheets was stained with either red yellow or brown, especially the mattress oh dear. also very thin walls i kept waking up as i was worried about the lock mechanism and who would have access to my room. nice guy who worked there but overall not a nice vibe. wouldnt recommend for anyone who isnt a desperate cheap teen whos just staying for a night… even then…
