First I can’t rate this lodge highly enough. I was made to feel like a good friend come to stay. Bedroom et suite, very cosy and well fitted with fridge, Sky tv, internet and the bathroom had an amazing power shower. I arrived late in the evening and was offered alcohol free of charge. My order for a cooked breakfast was taken and was freshly made for me the next day. There is off street locked parking.

My brother and his 10-year-old son visited me in London and we got a room at the airport the night before they departed. Jackson (nephew) loved the bunk beds. it was great accommodation for 3 male guests.

We had difficulty returning the keys on check out as it was not really clear what we should do with them as It was early and the pub was closed. I did think, for just accommodation it was expensive. That vein said it was peak holiday season

The furnitures damaged, very old, parts of material falling off. The impression was that it is not that clean. There were moth flying around. I did not like it and although booked for a week, decided to leave earlier.
