Love this Place Second time coming over to Isle of Man on our bikes and rebooked this hotel. Beautiful Hotel, lovely clean rooms, very helpful and accommodating staff. Great location, lovely bar downstairs which is handy after a long day and you don't want to venture out. The bar also does amazing, delicious food. Hotel has underground parking too which was brilliant and free for bikes.

Edinburgh is my birthday place..l was raised there.. so l was "coming home"...Ardmore House made that feel very real.....Good food...clean and comfortable room...pleasant staff...Good location easy access to city centre .yet quiet Highly recomnend

The hotel is closer to everything than we thought. Breakfasts were fabulous, restaurant staff are so efficient especially a lady called Paula. Our room was on level 10 quite near the lifts but heard no noise except the normal chatter of people passing

Location was perfect for my one night stay and the property was very clean and well equipped. My room was small but comfortable. The communication and directions were very prompt and clear. Lots of parking space.

I would have liked a lock on the bedroom door. A man who arrived after me was a bit “odd”, making a few strange comments but mainly talking to himself, leaving the kitchen area messy & his dirty dishes in the sink. He was the only other person I saw.

Everything, had phone numbers that did not work, had to go into store next door to find out that is where you book in, given codes for doors, 9 bed dorm, don't think bed had been changed for a week, slept in my clothes, door opening & closing till past midnight, Kitchen was a joke, 4 pint milk in fridge had been there a month, (now cheese), tea & coffee + 2 packs of jacobs crackers, kettle, toaster, fridge, no breakfast, but site said included, people smoking dope in kitchen with door closed, reception area now not used, full of bedding etc, sure i have missed out loads, will not use again, Booking.com need to get an agent there to re assess this dump, only good thing was free parking at the rear in front of Police station.
