It was the perfect location for the wedding and it’s very well set up with games (should it rain) and a terrace to catch some sun / enjoy an evening drink. We were warmly welcomed and very well looked after with a big breakfast to ease the hangover(s)! Lovely stay and there’s a cute beach in walking distance too.

The property was well-furnished and thoughtfully arranged. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the living room felt cosy, and the inclusion of board games was a lovely touch. It’s slightly tucked away, and the location on the map requires careful navigation so you don’t miss the entrance.

Nothing to worry about, the hosts were attentive and ensured I found the place. They left detailed instructions.

Spacious, well stocked accommodation more than suitable for our family of five adults. Very clean and well presented. Location and transport links (local buses, trains to London) very good.
Negative section of review
Nothing major, just small irritations that could easily be fixed. WiFi password details not provided, had to chase host, but provided by return. A little “welcome pack” would have been appreciated. Having to go out late, after a long journey, to buy some milk for a coffee was not a good start to stay. Would have appreciated a warning that location was in the middle of a road (early morning) restrictive area - if so, might not have got the Infringement fine.

The apartment is small but perfect for 1-2 people. The bedroom and ensuite are bright and modern. It had what I needed for an overnight stay.

There was some early morning noise from the brewery delivering to the pub next door but I was up for work so not a massive issue. It wasn't that easy to get to from the train station due to all the roadworks, it would have been helpful to be directed towards George Hudson street rather than the top of Micklegate. The air con is a bit complicated but works well.

Great location and 10 mins to beach. Lovely welcome pack of tea, coffee, local goodies and milk. Thank you.

The place was in a fairly central location within walking distance to the train station and town centre. It was also situated in a fairly quiet area off the main road and so I did not hear much traffic.

I arrived in Accrington just after midday from having travelled fairly fair. Unfortunately after knocking on the door and receiving no answer for around 30-40 minutes whilst waiting outside unsure how I was supposed to get in which included making a few phone calls to the number I was provided which I could not get through to, I self-initiated the problem without talking to anyone and when using the toilet was startled when someone who was in the building at the same time as me reprimanded me from banging the door. I did not feel as though I received a friendly reception on arrival.
