Excellent location, comfy reasonably sized room, very clean with towels, soup. Free wifi, kettle and small fridge. Door locks on code. Victoria station is only 9 minutes of walking. All sorts of tour buses are going from there and of course metro, trains and coach buses. Nice suprise was a street food aisle right behind a corner.

Missing proper bin and hooks on clothes. I prefer harder mattresses. I couldn't find it at first, it reminded me platform 3/4 xD so don't try to find any sign of "London residence", look at the door instead (32 A) it's right next to sushi.

Fantastic location, really peaceful. Having a private driveway and the option to close the gates to keep the garden secure for your dog was an added bonus. The property itself was clean and functional, ideal for a short stay. There is a large park for walking the dog within waling distance.

Only negative was the lack of cooking facilities. Perhaps a future consideration could be to provide an air fryer to give guests more flexibility. This is only a minor thing and the property description mentions the facilities available accurately.

Poor service from the check in. I paid for parking. This was off site, so check-in lady told me it was up the road on the left before the roundabout. Half an hour later and 4 trips around the block before i found the well hidden car-park. Then the same check-in lady, gave me my room key and pointed to a door and said "there's the door to the stairs and the first floor". I wrongly assumed by that instruction that my room was on the first floor. Once i'd climbed the first lot of stairs, i realised my room was not on this 1st floor. On then to the next floor. Nope, not on this one either, so yet another flight of stairs before i found my room on the top floor. Why on earth check-in lady couldn't have given me directions to the lift and a polite "your room is on the top floor", i'll never know. Should have realised after the parking fiasco. Not what anyone needs when they get in after absolutely traumatic and exhausting days. Just to add, it's a rabbit warren of rooms with no clear direction anywhere. To leave my room a couple of hours after checking in, i was obviously heading for the ground floor. The rabbit warren didn't disappoint, and i managed to come down the fire escape route and leave by the fire exit....... However, i was just glad to get out!

Location was great. Views were spectacular, the mountains, the sea, it was very beautiful and picturesque. Staff were so nice and very attentive, I would like to mention Darryl on reception who was extremely helpful, patient and kind. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back.

I hate writing this but the only thing I didn’t like was the no access direct to the beach from the hotel. Not a big deal at all, but would have preferred it.
