Location Location!! As soon as I came out of my hotel I can see the Matterhorn. 💙

breakfast choices - Excellent!

Cool structure basically a Swiss chalet of sorts, very helpful staff. Helped me carry my suitcase up and down the stairs. The room was comfortable and had everything needed for a solo traveler.

Beds were comfortable, but to make a queen size we had to push two twin beds together and that left a hard wooden gap in the middle... very uncomfortable .

The thing that we liked most was the location.

Lovely, very pretty and cozy apartment. Cooking utensils. The location, even though there's a construction outside the window and loud helicopter making deliveries.

- Luana and Catarina were very helpful, thank you!:) - Nice mountain view to wake up to. - Relatively easy to pick up our keys to the apartment from room 1. - Room was pretty spacious and beds were comfortable. - Kitchen was good, had pretty much everything. - Toilet was clean.

This apartment is in the perfect location. Right in town. Close to shopping, not far from hiking and the restaurant downstairs was excellent. They took care of everything we needed. We were very happy with our stay.

Everything! Staff was amazing, the room was very comfortable and beautiful. Location was perfect. Breakfast was probably the best breakfast buffet I have had in a hotel. The spa facilities were amazing. I loved this hotel!!

The cleanliness of the hotel and the location. It is just a 4 minutes walk from the Zermatt station. Very convenient. Nice environment.

Enjoyed its location and the view of Majestic Matterhorn from the room. It’s conveniently located near stores, river- for walk and train station.

My stay was awesome. It was small but just enough for a solo traveler. It’s a good value for money and I loved the buffet breakfast, there was lots of options. Also, the location was good, only 10 mins away from zermatt starion. I will Book here again if I come back to Zermatt.

The view was absolutely stunning. I even did a reel with it " This is my view today.. How was yours" And I strongly believe the room was upgraded. Reserved a double classic room but got a double panorama room instead! Insanely beautiful panorama view I have to say! The breakfast comes with many choices. We definitely kickstart the days with happy tummy from the yummy breakfast! The Room Janitor did an excellent job in tidying up the room meticulously, arranging our all over the place open luggage so that we can more spacious walk areas and even changed our wet slipper and gave us a new pair! The outdoor and indoor pool was enjoyable especially when it was a rainy day with bad weather and low visibility to go up the mountain and the jacuzzi was so so so relaxing! Awesome! High recommended to all! Definitely booking again next time!

It was quiet and away from the crowds but a pleasant walking distance to town. They have pick/drop off service to the train. Love the spa wellness, it was amazing and great breakfast

We enjoyed the pool, the coffee and cake at 5pm. The rooms were clean, comfortable and the breakfast was varied.

The staffs were absolutely fantastic, they enhanced our stay to the next level! The location was also amazing, from our balcony we could see Matterhorn even the sunrise!!! The room facilities were flawless, we weren’t expecting the room to be so new and clean! Honestly, me and my family had the most wonderful time there with Hotel Bristol, thank you all!
