Great location with a superior breakfast. Though the rooms were a bit small, they were well equipped with tea and coffee facilities plus the room was air conditioned. The bathroom was large with plenty of space for toiletries. And for a large hotel that was fully booked, the elevators were always available and never crowded.

The location is terrific, accessible to many Underground stations, taxis, Uber, and walking distance to so many things. The hotel was also exceptionally quiet for the area. It was cozy; our room was small, but it was efficient and exactly the right landing place for us during this quick trip to see West End shows and walk around all day. The staff were terrific, very friendly and helpful! We will definitely come again.

    London was exciting and vibrant!

London was exciting and vibrant! As a first-time visitor, my wife was thrilled by just strolling the streets and seeing West End plays. The tube would have been better if it had more lifts and had been more easily accessible for the handicapped.

It is a very interesting, charming city with so many fascinating things to discover, including the different cultures that are part of it and the variety of food. The transportation is excellent, and if you enjoy walking, you can go everywhere—it feels extremely safe. There are countless historical sites, and all the museums are free. We will definitely return to London, we were very happy with our trip.

Loved the history of the city and the many interesting sites. Public transport around London was excellent. We were able to reach everything we wanted from the bus stop outside our hotel. Couldn't wish for a better spot. There are so many interesting places to visit in London, I would highly recommend it as a destination.

I am very familiar with London, for me 3 nights is enough. I like to pace myself and just concentrate on a few things. This time we did Afternoon Tea at the Shard which was wonderful, we went to see "The Devil Wears Prada" which was excellent. We spent a morning just wandering around Covent Garden which is always fun especially in good weather and in the afternoon did "The State Room Tour of Buckingham Palace", really worthwhile. On our last day we chilled out in The Natural History Museum and the V&A..... Until the next time...

Loved London, saw 2 shows, Battersea Power Station really interesting. I did the Lift 109 experience where you go up the old chimney stack. great views of London. Recommend Tower Bridge. Did loads of walking. Uber boats along the Thames a good way to get around, plus you can see the sights along the way. Stroll through St. James Park, walk to Horseguards Parade and also up to Buckingham Palace. Great meals at Piccadilly Circus and Covent Garden

What I enjoyed most during my visit was the ease of transportation and the smooth immigration process. Access to public transport was convenient, and I appreciated the wide variety of food and drinks available throughout the city. I especially loved exploring iconic tourist attractions such as the London Eye, Tower Bridge, Westminster, and the many beautiful parks. Having reliable internet access made it easy to manage my travel plans, including booking train tickets and navigating the city. The city of Oxford was another highlight—its charm and rich history are captivating, especially with the prestigious University of Oxford at its heart. The atmosphere there is both intellectual and picturesque. However, one downside was the presence of petty crime around Oxford Street, where incidents like mobile phone snatching can occur. I also noticed individuals on boats appearing to scout for unattended belongings, which was concerning.

The location was excellent. The shops, the Tube, DLR are very close by and great if you fancy a short ramble. At no point did I ever feel unsafe with my child. Hotel pizzeria was delicious a little pricey but worth it. Bathroom shower pressure was like a power hose 👍🏻 Area outside was quite at night, leading to a good night sleep. IMO London hotels are expensive by continental standards, as I only wanted somewhere to put my head down. I went with one of the cheapest and got what I paid for.

Took two appointments for my daughter’s wedding for the family to be together. The service we received was great. We had the apartment above our grandchildren so they made frequent visits using the lift which only added to what was in every way an exceptional stay. The location was amazing as was the furnishings in both apartments. We will use this for future stays in London as it has a hotel feel with the convenience of a flat.
