Nice enough hotel but they didn't disclose one important factor, the balconies were all locked for works but we were only told about this the day before check-in, when it had clearly been in the works for months. We found this to be very misleading and wasn't offered a free cocktail, breakfast or anything for the inconvenience. The fact we couldn't open the windows at all made the room air stale and when i book hotels it's an important factor they have a balcony or operable windows. Loved our stay on Gold Coast,lots of exploring National Park of Springbrook, Natural Bridge. Twin Towns concerts. Great Beaches. Lots of Shopping Centres. Dracula's was a fantastic night out. I like visiting the Gold Coast but I wouldn’t live there as it’s too busy and noisy. Appreciated all the highway improvements. Its pretty easy to get around provided you know where the roadworks are and therefore avoid.Guest review byAnonymous
