We come from the west side of the blue mountains traveling to Sydney for short holidays as often as we can as we love the city and all the adventures that go with it . the light rail makes access to all parts of the CBD easy. We were very disappointed with our stay at this property. There was no WiFi at all, despite it being advertised as included. The entire apartment and hallways were extremely dirty and smelled strongly of mould and mildew. There was visible mould on the ceiling and throughout the bathroom. The floors hadn’t been swept, the cupboard under the sink was filthy, and there was old food left in the dishwasher, which made us question the cleanliness of all cups and glasses—so we didn’t use them. The bedding and sheets were questionable in terms of cleanliness. There was no remote for the air conditioner, leaving the apartment uncomfortably cold. The TV didn’t have a signal, and its remote didn’t work either. Overall, the property was unhygienic, uncomfortable, and not as described.
