Flack Studio decor makes the whole place feel special. Food at Loam was great for dinner; breakfast was lovely but didn't always taste as good as it looked. The rooms were great, very liveable. Location is a very convenient walk to Surry Hills, Darlinghurst, and CBD. We liked having the choice between the cafe and Loam in the morning, especially when we were in a hurry. Rooms were extremely quiet, especially for a "trendy" hotel and the Ace brand.

Our stay included tickets to the zoo plus a private tour of the animal sanctuary, and we paid extra for a private night time tour of the zoo. Also, our room looked directly onto kangaroos! Highly recommend!

Despite of a couple of minor issues with my original room and then some paint smells on the floor I was moved to these became inconsequential because of the incredible care and respect of the staff. They handled my complaints with the utmost concern and their attention to me during the 3 nights I was there was amazing. There is no other hotel chain in the world that maintains such a high standard of customer care.

Bedroom had not been cleaned Filthy towels and sheets not cleaned. Furniture in the ad not in the house . No wine as promised . No welcome guide to how things worked . Weird pans with handles like pliers that you had to clip on to the pan. Owner offered me $50 as compensation as we came home the next day Rather than a nights refund. . Cleaners wanted to come late into the night no way . We should not have had to deal with this. The owner should check.

Sydney is always a joy to visit.

Sydney is always a joy to visit. The Opera House is a timeless icon—I never get tired of coming back every time. Around the area, there are plenty of great food and wine options for dining. George Street, Haymarket, and Chinatown are absolute food havens—the best places to enjoy diverse and authentic flavors. On weekends, the fireworks at the harbour are spectacular and definitely a must-see. What makes Sydney even better is how many touristic spots are within walking distance, making it easy to explore and enjoy the city without much hassle.

Being frm a small city, we love Sydney as there is so much to do, see & experience. The public transport is the best. The people are mostly helpful & friendly. I lived & worked in Sydney for a year (1986). I'd to go home to a full-time permanent job. However, I keep visiting SYD coz I can't stay away! The Road traffic is phenomenal, but if I lived here, I'd get used to it! 💝 SYDNEY!

We were shifted from YEHS CBD to YEHS Hotel Sydney Harbour suites. We were told that it is an upgrade. But the room condition was pathetic. The location of the Hotel was very Good. Very close to Darling harbour and other attractions. So we agreed to shift our Booking. It was a 2 / 3 star hotel.

Great location, very clean, good breakfast. Surprisingly quiet for the location. There was a pretty loud event going on in Ryan's Bar just across the way but it was barely audible in the room. In other CBD hotels I've found the aircon to be too loud, but not here. A good night's sleep.
