The staff were super welcoming and after a cold long day at the beach with the dog we came back quite late but was desperate for a hot chocolate. The bar and reception was closed and staff were leaving to go home but the lovely blonde gentle man made sure we got our hot chocolate and even served it with cream. He didn’t know how cold we were or that my husband was feeling run down but he made sure we had such a lovely experience and stay and little acts like this make for a memorable stay. I’ve already promoted the hotel on my social Media to friends and definitely will come back. The location is perfect the breakfast was so delicious and the two ladies serving also created a memorable stay for our pooch treating him to sausages for breakfast. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough 10/10

The most popular Wales seaside resort, Llandudno covers a peninsula with 2 sandy coastlines. The North Shore’s wide Victorian promenade is lined with period buildings which now house seafront hotels and guest houses. The beach itself stretches all the way between the Little Orme and Great Orme headlands, passing an outdoor swimming pool.
A historic tram climbs to the peak of Great Orme, where Bronze Age copper mines can be visited. The top is also reachable by cable car from Happy Valley, a recreation area with gardens and an artificial ski slope.
A road runs around the base of the headland passing the historic Grand Hotel, a property available on Booking.com and overlooking the Grade II-listed pier – the longest in Wales. The West Shore is much less developed and the Maesdu Golf Course forms most of its shoreline.
Of course, Llandudno has its fair share of traditional seaside pursuits such as donkey rides and fish and chip shops.
The town also has a modern retail park near the train station and Venue Cymru event centre, and wrought-iron canopies shade smaller shops along Mostyn Avenue, Broadway and Street. The latter - Mostyn Street - is effectively the high street and becomes brightly decorated during the Victorian carnival in May.

I would definitely not advise disabled people to use it. The stairs at the front entrance are lethal plus they only had WiFi in certain parts of the hotel, usually near reception. Nothing in the rooms. There was no entertainment till the summer. The hotel itself was very comfortable but these little things spoiled our stay.

Llandudno wasn't our first choice but that's where we ended up going and on arrival immediately felt it was a good choice. The long sweeping sea front, plenty of shops, bars and cafes. It still holds on to its charm of yesteryear. The pier and tram ride up the Orme are popular. A good range of accommodation to suit most pockets. Could happily have stayed longer than our 3 nights and would happily visit again.

I love walking up the Great Orme, its tough going but the views are amazing,
The town has plenty of choice for bars and restaurants, LCs Bar, Fountain Bar, The Mediterranean Restaurant, The Taverna, The Casanova, The Cottage Loaf, to name a few. The town is also clean and has a good choice of shops...The Range, River Island, Primark, Marks and Spencers all within walking distance from main street.

I love Llandudno.
I love Llandudno. The North beach is touristy, with hotels and the pier. The West beach is not touristy at all. They are close, so visitors can easily take their pick or do both.
The Great Orme is one of the best places to go with far-reaching views. We love it up there.
The town itself has lovely wide streets with plenty of free parking. It is flat and easy to walk around. There are plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants.

The location was very good , didn't like the lack of ventilation in the rooms and bathroom, unable to open patio doors no ventilation in the rooms . Coach of young people stayed our last night very noisy kept a lot of people up with the noise.
Jackie and Dave were just wonderful hosts. They couldn’t do enough to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The location is wonderful for restaurants, shopping, the waterfront and the Orme tramway. The room was tastefully decorated and very homey.
The location is great for visiting the very close, walled city of Conwy and for exploring the Snowdonia National Forest. The drive on the Devil’s Spine from Llandudno to Cardiff was brilliant!
The Grand is well located. The staff were always so polite and helpful. I am Gluten intolerant and they made sure I had toast and sausage brought from the kitchen every day. We had a large family Premier room as my husband is in a wheelchair.the room was spacious and clean with a lovely sea view over the pier.
The Hotel is in the middle of a refurbishment both in and out. Yes it is old but it has character.
Entertainment most nights.
The room was clean and well decorated. Beautifully decorated bathroom. Beds were very comfortable.
The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.
We had supper in the restaurant which was well presented and delicious. A full English breakfast was included as well as a good variety of cereals, yogurts, and pastries available.
We highly recommend The Lilly and will definitely stay again if we return to Llandudno.
First time visitors to the Imperial, Llandudno and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was very comfortable, clean and spacious with a side sea view 😃. The breakfast was very tasty with lots of choice as well as catering for alternative dietary needs. The staff in all areas of the hotel were friendly and responded quickly to our request to change the dressing gowns in the room which had clearly shrunk in the wash.
We booked two rooms. Both lovely with sea view. Both very clean, including free cosmetics, tea, coffee, biscuits. One of the rooms had the most breathtaking bathroom with free standing bath overlooking the sea, and separate shower. Really grand. Breakfast choice was great. Great organisation of social distancing during restrictions. Excellent location for Great Orme, town centre and sea front. Highly recommend.
In a word, perfect. Carol and Danny are excellent hosts, and provided great information about Llandudno sights, dining and the surrounding area. The breakfasts are second to none. From the front door you can look up and see the Great Orme and in just a few steps you can be on the Main Street or beach. If I’m able to visit Llandudno again, I will absolutely stay at the Audley House again.
Fantastic big, spacious luxury clean accommodation. The best in Llandudno that we have ever stayed in and better than the 5 star Imperial and St. Georges hotels. Fabulous sea views and great location . Great hosts, thought of everything and we will definitely be back next time we stay in Llandudno. Would highly recommend this to anyone considering a Llandudno break
the hotel was built in 1935 and has a beautiful interior & the staircase is lovely. excellent value for money. breakfast 10/10. dog friendly although dogs aren’t allowed in the bar area or restaurant but they did set us up for breakfast in the lounge so our dog could be with us. excellent views of the pier & Llandudno from the front & the great irk from the back.
Snooze is 1st. Class !! The breakfast is second to none, the room was big spotless and very comfortable, dinner was delicious and the service, thanks to Brian was as good if not better than that which we have had in 5 star hotels we have stayed in. Over all we would thoroughly recommend Snooze as a place to stay in Llandudno well done !!!
We were welcomed to a special hotel. It had a lovely location on the promenade being accessible. We had no difficulty with parking. We had a very comfortable room - with a sea view. The dining area and bar area was accessible and staff very friendly and helpful.
