Just a shame I was there on my own and for only 1 night.

The location was fantastic, excellent for getting around the island. The staff were friendly and knowledgable and a special shout out to the spa staff who were very kind. Breakfast was very tasty but lacked a little variety. The massages at the spa were very nice and that facilities in the spa were also good. We were lucky in that it was very quiet, I think if it had been busy the spa would have been less enjoyable as it is a little small (1 pool, 2 hot tubs, 1 steam room, 3 saunas)

It's one of the best hotels I've been to so far. Very modern room and bathroom. Very clean. Good breakfast, lovely health centre for hotel guests ( sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, gym ) and spa. I had a full body massage. It was sooooo good and relaxing. The hotel is close to the shopping centre, Dover Castle, restaurants and to ferries ⛴️ it was a wonderful stay
The room was very clean and comfy, somewhat small but still decent value for the money. The location was perfect, close to loads of restaurants and grocery shops. Breakfast was included and very decent for the price and you could choose from a list the night before. Having use of the offsite spa was also a great touch, changing rooms were ok, but the pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room were all clean and very relaxing
Lovely location in the woods and by a lake. The en-suite bathroom were new modern nice bath and shower. Spa was very good, with gym saunas steam room outdoor jacuzzi and garden loungers. Massage was very good, relaxing. Food was good, price included breakfast. Some nice walks close to the hotel. Staff were all very nice and went out of their way to assist you.
Husband booked this for me for my birthday, it was so beautiful. Absolutely loved the spa hotel as this was contemporary and so clean and fresh. He also booked me in for a prenatal massage and it was so relaxing! I will be back for it before baby arrives. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, including the breakfast staff. Thank you for the warm welcome Mallory Court! We will be back.
Beautiful settings, beautiful building, nice staff, great buffet breakfast, pool, hot tub, sauna, relaxation room, lots of parking spaces available, strong wifi signal inside the hotel and even far outside in the gardens.
The poolside is big, love the pool ! nice , with space to sit and relax, spa massage great, gym also nice, the sauna and steam great, in general very nice, clean hotel, room comfortable , breakfast nice , lunch as well ! Really enjoyed the stay, will come back !
Met Darren the owner, very welcoming friendly guy. Room was above standard, clean comfy warm spacious, Continental self serve breakfast, so much choice and fresh croissants etc, beats any fry up. Hot tub and sauna totally out standing, came away so relaxed and revived, can't wait to go back there again. Thankyou for your hospitality it was above standard as far as we're concerned.
